I started with the following points and incorporated these features into my product. Appearance design: Smart crutches for the elderly need to be designed and improved based on the hearing, vision, and touch characteristics of the elderly. Stability and safety: Elderly users need crutches that provide stability and safety when walking or standing. Smart crutches may include features such as non-slip foot pads, shock-absorbing materials, and adjustable height to ensure stability and safety. Comfortability: Users need crutches that can be used comfortably for long periods of time. Smart crutches may have ergonomic handles for increased comfort. Mobility and independence: Smart crutches may include features such as GPS tracking, navigation functions, voice prompts, and fall detection to help users move around with greater mobility and independence. These features can give users and their caregivers peace of mind. Product connectivity: Smart crutches may have connectivity with smartphones or other devices, allowing users to access health information or contact caregivers in emergency situations. This connection can also help users track their progress and stay motivated during rehabilitation. There needs to be a smooth interaction process and a good user experience, which will largely meet the emotional needs of elderly users.
